Mahkota8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the mahkota8 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the mahkota8 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately. mahkota8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will notify users via in-platform notifications or their registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full mahkota8 service, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and all activity carried out through your account. mahkota8 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

  • Your password must be at least eight characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
  • Do not share your account information with any third party.
  • Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • Mahkota8 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any transaction for security purposes.

User Responsibilities

As a mahkota8 user, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum age required by local law, whichever is higher.

The use of this platform is strictly prohibited for the following purposes:

  • Fraud, market manipulation, or any other deceptive activity.
  • Use of automated software (bots) or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
  • Disrupting the platform's operations or the experience of other users.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in permanent account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where applicable.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on mahkota8 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and other supported digital payment options.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them. mahkota8 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used.

  • Deposits: Credited within minutes of payment confirmation. The minimum deposit is RM 10 or the amount specified by your chosen payment method.
  • Withdrawals: Processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful identity verification. First-time withdrawals require submission of identity verification documents.
  • Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits per transaction are set according to the payment method and the user's account tier.
  • Fees: mahkota8 does not charge any processing fees for deposits and standard withdrawals. However, payment service providers may apply their own charges.

All transactions are final once confirmed. mahkota8 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user at the time of the transaction.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

Mahkota8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or suspicious activity detected by the platform's security systems.
  • Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
  • A voluntary closure request submitted by the user.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for a period as defined by the current platform policy.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, mahkota8 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an internal investigation is conducted. Any valid balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is concluded and no serious breach is confirmed.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. All eligible balances will be returned via the original payment method used, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.

Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability

All content on the mahkota8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, icons, images, and software — is the property of mahkota8 or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mahkota8.

Regarding liability, mahkota8 shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
  • Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures beyond the platform's control, or force majeure events.
  • Losses arising from betting or game outcomes resulting from the user's own decisions.
  • Errors or omissions in information displayed on the platform due to factors beyond our control.

Third-Party Links & Governing Law

The mahkota8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. mahkota8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Users are advised to read the relevant third-party terms of service before using them.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the mahkota8 platform must first be pursued through voluntary discussion before any legal action is taken.

If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
